Responsibilities – Software delivery planning and management.  Software testing planning and upgrade.  Hardware planning and outsourcing.  Client relations.  Work closely with senior management of each company to interpret the ‘vision’ into a customer oriented web site.

Key Activities – DistressDebt.com (New York) – Project management from “idea” to live subscription based internet site for financial organizations specializing in companies in distress.  Total cost of project approx $8m.

Key Activities – Trade.com (New York, London, Amsterdam) – Project management of the implementation and branding of Trade.com’s generic stocks and shares trading systems into ABN Amro Bank in the UK and Holland.  Total cost of project approx $64m
