Modules – All Financials – General Ledger, Currency, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting.  Design and implementation of Purchasing system.  Also some Energy & Chemical System work.

Key Activities - responsible for-Designing and setting up the modules for an implementation that would have a few modifications and will be implemented in 20 South and Central American and Caribbean countries. Training team members in all aspects of the above modules. Demonstrating the software to the user community.  The implementation is part of an implementation of the full suite of the JD Edwards package. This is an implementation with a few modifications in the downstream and retail oil industry.  It includes a major business process redesign and will be implemented in a number of subsidiaries.

Key Activities - responsible for-Designing and setting up the modules for implementations that would have as few modifications as possible. Training team members in all aspects of the above modules. Demonstrating the software to the user community.  The implementation is part of an implementation of the full suite of the JD Edwards package. These were implementations with very few modifications in the Chemical and in the Microelectronics industries.  They included major business process redesigns and were implemented in a number of subsidiaries.  This project involved close liaison with senior management on site because of the nature of the business process changes.
