ERP Project Manager – Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities – Planning overall implementation strategy and timetable.  Plan standardization of JD Edwards Financial systems within the company. Delivery of JD Edwards (World) into Scottish subsidiary replacing existing ERP system (Acuman).

Key Activities – Plan numbers of analysts, developers and timetable for implementation.  Allocate responsibilities for delivery across 8 project team members.  Plan deliverables and milestones.  Present plans and objectives and get sign-off from management teams.  Implement ‘wall to wall’ ERP system in aggressive timescale.  Overall time spent on project 6 months.
